Turns Out Glitter Sarees Are Not That Tricky To Wear

Even after our repeated confessions on what a strong saree addicts we are, there are still certain kinds of drape which daunt us to no end.

It’s just vexing to say that certain saree styles are not our cup of tea. Especially, the one loaded with plenty of glitters and shimmers.

It takes a bit of tact to wear sarees that are going to test others eyes even when they spot this one a mile away.

That being said, it turns out, some do have a knack to pull off even these tricky numbers, and thereby tempt us to give these sarees another try.

We spotted Rakul Preet lately on Samantha’s wedding reception wearing a heavily embellished glitter saree that has fringe border. On top of that, she wore that saree with an equally sparkling black blouse.

Does her saree overshadow her look? Definitely not. Ms.Preet managed to look utterly ravishing in this Tarun Tahiliani saree.

However, the trick she opted was to pick the most subtle of saree shade and balancing the style by skipping the accessories altogether.

Also, her neutral makeup with dark smokey eyes coordinated the look perfectly. So we can’t deny that we are totally smitten by the look. And when we do plan for glittery sarees, we will make a note on this saree shade, and of course the pretty black blouse.
